WAMAS® LRM not only records the total work performance of the warehouse employees but also the performance of the warehouse itself. All collected data is analyzed individually, in groups or according to shift performances. With WAMAS LRM a long-term vision is being pursued and further development of the system is already ongoing, in order to ensure a seamless combination of human and machine performance. In the future not only all work steps of warehouse employees but also those carried out by machines should be recorded. They should be considered for the planning of an ideal combination of material handling devices and human workforce. Moreover, thanks to workload forecasts, the workforce planning will in the near future be feasible one or two weeks in advance
