Customer Service & SupportOur Customer Engineering Division (CED) is key to the success of all other Kardex operations. CED is the specialist division which delivers, installs, commissions, services and repairs all of the Kardex hardware and equipment as a result of sales from the various Divisions.Nationwide coverage in the UK, Kardex directly employs over 50 fully trained and qualified engineers who are based in the 5 regional sales and service centres around the country. The focus of each engineer is clearly targeted at providing 100% customer satisfaction - be that during the physical installation and commissioning of new hardware or providing on-site preventative maintenance to an existing customer.We recognise that when any customer buys from Kardex, he has made a considerable investment with the company. The Kardex CED is there to protect that investment and ensure that we do everything possible to give you years of trouble-free and safe day to day working. Kardex is on call 24 hours a day, every day of the year with a capability to respond to any emergency call no matter where in the UK.
