A personal invitation which includes a complimentary ticket is the most effective form of advertising for your tradeshow appearance – and it is a decisive factor in motivating your customers and leads to come and see you at CeMAT 2018.
Why is it so important for exhibitors to invite their customers?
Because exhibitors have the power to get more of their customers to come and see them at the show! Plus, sending out targeted invitations together with complimentary tickets is a great way to show goodwill and strengthen your relationships with your customers.

Make use of your FREE complimentary tickets covered by the marketing fee
Your marketing fee already includes an unlimited number of complimentary tickets, which can be used either as eTickets or in printed form (CeMAT Voucher). In other words, you will incur no extra costs when you order complimentary tickets or when your guests redeem them. Enclose these tickets with personal invitations to attend CeMAT - and do wonders for your customer relations.

Take advantage of eTickets
eTickets are ideal for efficient, low-cost, high-gain invitation campaigns targeting a large number of customers and potential leads. All you need to do is enter each person's eTicket code in his or her digital invitation.
NEW: To make your e-mail invitation campaigns even more convenient, eTicket codes have been shortened to only 5 digits (e.g. “123XY”), and you can now use a single code for as many eTickets as you ordered. For example, if you ordered 6,000 tickets, the eTicket code you receive will be valid for 6,000 recipients.
You can also hand out complimentary ticket vouchers during personal meetings with business partners. Your invited guests then only need to register their voucher online, after which they will immediately receive an eTicket from us by e-mail.
Mandatory online ticket registration
All complimentary tickets (eTickets and vouchers) must be registered online before the beginning of CeMAT. Only after successful online registration will the eTicket code or voucher be converted into a valid eTicket. The registration process needs to be carried out personally by your guest.
The advantage of ticket registration is that we make the daily registration details available for downloading starting twelve weeks before opening day of the show. This allows you to make the necessary adjustments to your invitation campaign. Around 14 days after the end of the show, you will be able to review the actual usage data for your guests.
For this reason, we recommend informing your guests about the need to personally register their tickets online at cemat.de – the fast and easy way to get them out to your stand!

Local public transport
Please note that CeMAT admission tickets and exhibitor passes do not entitle the holder to use the public transport system free of charge. Please buy your ticket before travelling to the Exhibition Groundsshows (ticket zone 1 from the Hannover Central Station).

For you and your stand personnel, we recommend purchasing GVH CeMAT Cards. These are valid the day before opening day and right through the end of the show.
The CeMAT Card entitles you to travel from 23 to 28 April 2018 as often as you like within the entire metropolitan transit area with all buses and trams operated by GVH and its partners (RegioBus, DB, metronom, erixx and WestfalenBahn).
