Just like the logistics industry as a whole, Hesse-based forklift manufacturer Hubtex has its sights set on further growth, which is why it started expanding product capacities at its headquarters in Fulda at the end of 2015, as a key part of its growth strategy. The project is set to be completed in late 2016 and will result in some 4,670 square meters of new space, including both office units and social areas. By that time, all the capacities necessary should be in place to ensure the new product range set to be unveiled at CeMAT 2016 Hannover can be produced in sufficient volumes.
Celebrating its world première in Hannover this year, the first product in the new series is an electric multidirectional sideloader. Hubtex Managing Director Hans-JoachimFinger wants everyone who is interested to come along and see the vehicle for themselves – he and the sales team will be on hand at CeMAT to provide all the relevant information and answer questions. Following this début presentation, more models will be added to the series over the course of the year.
"We want to secure a broader positioning on international markets and build up our reputation as a major innovative force within the sideloader segment," says Finger. "Diversifying our product portfolio is a vital first step."
