The newly developed VC 51 lift provides system vendors and operators with an innovative vertical distribution unit for high speed systems handling demanding loads.
The success of the VC 51 lies in its high speed acceleration and positional accuracy. Its modular construction using standardized components ensures dependability and economic efficiency.
The main body of the VC 51 is a vertical belt conveyor. A braced aluminium profile framework is used as the supporting structural element. Lift is provided by a motorized drive pulley that propels the vertical belt by means of friction coupling.
The lift carriage with its load fork and a corresponding counterbalance are fastened to the ends of the lift belt. The lift carriage is guided by precision rollers with a low friction coefficient which ensures a very quiet operation.
The VC 51 lift carriage and lifting belt conveyor has been redesigned to consume the minimum amount of energy in line with the TRANSNORM Energy Saving Initiative.
The lift carriage can be fitted with belt conveyors, roller conveyors or load forks.
The VC 51 gives you the capability to distribute unit loads to multiple levels quickly, accurately and reliably.
If required to comply with local safety requirements, the VC 51 is available in its own enclosed housing and can also be fitted with guide column supports as necessary.
