We develop, test and produce cage rotor machines driven by converters. We have a particular know-how in the field of design and production of machines for battery-driven vehicles with battery power from 12 to 80 Volt.The low battery and motor voltage compared to the mains operation requests the transmission of high power and a high number of parallel conductors with low number of turns.In cooperation with our suppliers we have improved the production equipment for these stator windings. Now we are in the position to react flexible to customer requirements and to offer a high number of types and to produce very cost efficient. Also in the voltage range up to 500 volt we develop customised solutions. By means of intelligent air and water cooling concepts we can offer machines with high power density.We work with IEC standard laminations as well as with specially designed laminations. For design and testing modern calculation tools and test equipments are available.
