MMCU-4 - a modular radio remote control receiver with I/O plug-in cards for control signals and feed-back data. Highly configurable for industrial crane and machine control systems. The open architecture of the teceiver ensures that it is compatible with all transmitters which are part of the CATTRONcontrol family.The high safety standard (EN 954-1, Categorie 4 for Stop command, EN ISO 13849) of the MMCU-4 is achieved by the use of dual-processor-technology, following the concept of hardware and software redundancies.Each of the 16 million available system addresses is only once assigned. Redundant stop circuits monitor the output contacts, which in the event of failure shuts down the system.Possible output cards:- Standard relay output, 16 relays per card, max. 6 A/250 V AC- Safety relay output, 8 standard + 8 safety relays (forced-guided)- Optocoupler output, 16 per card, up to 24 V AC- Analogue output, 4 per card, 0-10 V DC or 4-20 mA- Fieldbus output, Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, CANopen- Ethernet output, EtherNet/IP, Modbus-TCP, Profinet IOPossible feed back cards:- Optocoupler input, 16 per card, 12-24 V DC- Analogueue input, 4 per card, 0-10 V DC or 4-20 mAThe receiver has 4 slots for interface cards, combinations are possible. Whether basic or more complex, the system offers the solution for many applications.
