750 Dutch secondary school pupils visit the HANNOVER MESSE / CeMAT
Dutch networks of schools and universities deliver the opportunity for 750 pupils of secondary schools (age 15-17) to visit HANNOVER MESSE / CeMAT. This is a nationwide program. A highlight will be a panel with Prince Constantijn, Ambassador of the Dutch “Start-upDelta” and some successful start-up entrepreneurs. The pupils will get an assignment for visiting interesting exhibitors and halls at the fair. The visit to the fair is combined with a science festival at the University of Twente Campus where the Dutch Nobelprice winner professor Ben Feringa is key-note speaker and also the phenomenon of start-ups will be a key subject. Main goal is to make young pupils sensitive and beware of a challenging studies and careers in the world of innovation and technology.
